A 4-auditor parallel review against the original revision pack caught significant scope misses on the long-form storytelling across all three product pages. Every flagged gap is now closed, with PDF-verbatim copy and the proper bullet structure restored.

Bullet lists restored, prose flattening reverted.

"Everything you need on day one", added marketing bullets column

Hair Dryer PDP, In-the-Box section

PDF page 15 placed a 4-bullet marketing panel ("7 smart modes for every member of the family", "Magnetic nozzle for easy, fuss-free attachment", "Grip sensor for intuitive control", "1 year Imi warranty") next to the box checklist. That panel was missing, now added beneath the in-the-box list.

Bullet lists restored throughout.

"Start your routine" tagline added above the buy box

The PDF specified this as the brand tagline-CTA above the Add to Cart button. It was missing, now sits in italic Fraunces between the price and the quantity selector.

"Negative Ions" capitalisation corrected

Was lowercase "Negative ions"; PDF specifies capitalised. Fixed.

Trust badge contradiction resolved

All 3 PDPs, buy-box trust strip

Badge previously read "1 year peace of mind with every Imi tool" while the body warranty section said 1 year, direct contradiction. Now reads "1-year warranty · extended to 2 with video review", aligning with the PDF's actual warranty model (1-year base + 1-year video-review extension).

PDF page 2 explicitly noted "Change to add in the hair dryer video" (singular). Round 3 had shipped the multi-product brand carousel as a placeholder; this round swaps in product_hair_dryer.mp4, the cinematic golden-hour hair-dryer film as the client originally specified.

Was incorrectly showing the homepage 3-product Carousel-1 box-stack. Reverted to the paired-tools composition (Smart-hairdryer_Carousel1.png) which matches the PDF page 10 visual reference.

Process & structure

Out-of-PDF "See it in motion" video chapters removed

All 3 PDPs

An auditor flagged that the video chapters I'd inserted at the top of each PDP long-form weren't in the PDF, adding content the client didn't ask for ahead of content the client did. Removed; videos now serve the dedicated tech section only.

Rendering template upgraded for proper bullet / sub-heading / quote structure

single-product template

The previous template flattened every long-form chapter into a single paragraph. New schema renders bulleted lists, sub-headings ("What you may notice first" / "What builds over time"), pull-quotes (italic Fraunces with pink left rule), and pull-out lines as the PDF intended. Restored scannability across every chapter.

4-auditor parallel review process

Internal QA

Four independent Opus-class auditors reviewed PDF segments 1-11, 12-22, 23-29, and 30-43 against the live site, with each instructed to be ruthless. Combined report flagged ~25 specific issues. All P0 (critical) items in this round are now closed. The two P1 items still open are the homepage hero video (paused awaiting client direction on hair-dryer-specific film vs the carousel currently live) and the Instagram embed deferred to a future iteration.

Four high-fidelity brand films from the client's production team, captioned, uploaded to WordPress media, and routed to the right scenes across the homepage and three product pages.

Story 02 (Air Styler) and Story 03 (Air Straightener) now run on the new product films instead of the old Publit.io placeholders. Story 01 (Hair Dryer) stays as a static photo per the original revision pack instruction.

PDF pages 21 and 40, both Hair Dryer + Air Styler PDPs

Live Instagram feeds need a third-party integration (LightWidget / Instafeed / Meta Graph API), an Instagram Business profile connection, and ongoing token refresh handling. Flagged out of scope for Draft 1; ~2–4 hours of work if approved later.
